“Rock-solid units that provide a rewarding array of the musical thrills and finesse you’d expect when getting started in the high end.”
Hi-fi separates offer lots of flexibility in your system, so you can mix and match what’s in your stack as and when you want it. Splitting out each specific job into separate units also gives better end results, as each component can concentrate on performing a single job and do it well.
So which of these separate units do you need in your hi-fi system? You’ll need an amplifier as this is the driving force of your system. The other essential is of course where the sounds come out, the speakers. The sources in your system will depend on which formats you want to listen to your music from. CD collection? You’ll want a CD player. iPod? Look for a 3.5mm jack.
Already have a collection of digital music files you want to play? The SR20 has a three digital inputs which can connect directly to your digital source. Alternatively, one of our DacMagic products will do the trick whilst also adding extra depth, detail and quality to your tracks. Check out our range of DacMagic products here.
The Topaz range consists of two amplifiers, two stereo receivers and two CD players.
Don’t forget, you’re going to need cables to connect everything up! You’ll need interconnects to connect your separates together and speaker cable for your speakers. Once you start adding units to your basket we’ll recommend which cables you’ll need for each separate.
The last pieces of the puzzle are of course the speakers, and you don’t need to invest in huge hefty ones for serious room filling sound. We have a range of bookshelf sized speakers to get your hi-fi going without compromising on quality.
